Associate, Technology & Data Privacy Law
We are seeking a lawyer who can keep pace with innovation and contribute to projects at the intersection of law, technology, and business.
As an Associate in our Technology & Data Privacy Law practice, you will be involved in advising leading local and international clients on complex and evolving legal matters related to technology, data protection, and digital transformation. You will work on multi-jurisdictional matters, regulatory compliance projects, and technology-driven transactions, contributing to the firm’s high standards of legal excellence.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on data protection and privacy matters, including KVKK compliance
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology, software, SaaS, and IT-related agreements
- Providing legal support on e-commerce, digital platforms, media, and online content regulations
- Advising on cybersecurity, information security, and data breach response processes
- Assisting with AI, emerging technologies, and innovation-focused projects
- Supporting intellectual property–related transactions and technology-driven IP projects
- Conducting legal research and monitoring local and global regulatory developments
Key skills and experience required:
- Law degree from a recognised university
- 1–4 years of professional experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house role with a technology focus
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-border environment
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Closely follows local and global legal developments, legislation, and regulatory trends
- Strong sense of responsibility with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
